stolen dining table/workdesk wednesday

woyww table

woyww inks

ink-arrange

woyww magic words

I got tired of hunching over the floor to make things, so my husband and I stole the dining room table and relocated it to the studio. Perfect! Now I can stick my hands in even more projects. I wasted no time pulling out my inks for collage papers, and today I'm covering every square inch of the thieved surface with magic word magnets. And finally... the doors and windows are open after the most annoying winter ever. Never have I been so grateful for that first sneeze from spring allergies. Yay spring!

Hi Aimee, Great to hear you're getting some Spring! I sent you something to your post office box. I wasn't sure if you pick up mail there. Hopefully it went to the correct place, according to the tracking number I have it made it there on the 4th. Hope you like it!! Laura

I love all the bright colors on your room. The 2 chairs and the other one in the corner. Even your project has bright, fun colors. :-)

So glad you got a bit more elbow room for all of your artsy goodness. I've been cherishing my spring sneezes as well! Thank you so much for your supportive comment on my boundaries post. It's always nice to know I'm not the only one struggling with an issue xx

One needs a good sized table and a room of ones own, as Virginia Woolf said. :-)

Hi Aimee, thanks for your visit and lovely comment. Been looking at your etsy shop and drooling. You have some gorgeous stuff there. I am tempted by some things but concerned about import tax to the UK. Do you know what the limit is?

Oooh, girl. Love love love! I love your colorful chairs and the cushy chair and the yellow rug and the table and the cabinet and the things on top of the cabinet and the walls. I love it all! So much fantastic color, I can't help but feel energized. Those word magnets are so much fun!

...so does this mean the family eats off the floor at dinner now?

dining rooms are so old-fashioned ... what you're cooking up on your table looks much tastier. enjoy your weekend!

Amaaaiizing! Magic words gone wild! :-)

I love what you've done with the place btw - new look and typography :-) I tried to update my page recently (to benefit from the social media-buttons), but my sidebar images kept throwing a slight shadow. And I could NOT live with that!! ;-))) Ones sidebar wrapper should not be messed with, right?. So I copied my old html back again :-) Yup! That's how Granny I am.

Oh do please come to workshop! Or we could meet half-way and have it in the middle of the ocean! :-)
Happy Sunday!

Excelent job.very nice table. The beautiful dining table brings an aura to the room and make it lively.Your dining table should reflect your personality. It should be sturdy enough to last for years, even generations.
