AEDM 2011 #8: Journey complete

Last night the Artsymobile rumbled to a stop at the end of New Jersey and it is here we shall stay! So that journey is now complete - and a new one begins.

Starting with bagels. Real bagels.

Moved into our temporary digs today. Landlord was waiting for me with freshly brewed coffee, a Dunkin' Donuts and a copy of the New Yorker. Nice way to start a fresh adventure I'd say.

Yearning to doodle again.

Yearning even more to get into the city.

Yearning most of all for the five year old to go to bed.

Not many merge ramps in Jersey, it seems. Either punch the gas or you're toast. Or a bagel.

Welcome to real life, baby! When we moved to TX I just didn't "get" how people would just fly onto the highway instead of yielding to the freeway. A REAL bagel would be a joy and Dunkin Donuts are super yummy! Cheers to you in your new home and glad you made it there safely.

Coffee and donuts are a nice way to begin the next part of your adventure! And, yes, a real bagel sounds good too. Good luck with merging !
