my mood exactly

grrrrr-1

i found this drawing in my daughter's backpack and it matched my grouchy mood this morning perfectly - so much that all i could do was laugh when i saw it, and then it made me not so grouchy anymore. wishing you all good moods and a great weekend!

i love those kind of moments that turn grouchy around. Have you ever seen the blog, hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com? it always breaks a bad mood by making me laugh and the author draws these funny, expressive cartoons about her life that remind me of your daughters.

This is perfect! Love the furrowed brow and stuck-out tongue. Really love the way she drew the pigtails. That kid has it!

if we didn't get grouchy from time to time we'd be like stepford people and that's just plain scary. i love the tongue-sticking out in that wonderful drawing! enjoy your weekend!

Yeah, maybe you should start your own card line....with kids making mean/silly/ stick-out-their-tongue faces..... It sure would lighten up my day too!! It's kinda like flippin the bad day the finger!! Not letting it gain anymore ground!!

Too funny Aimee!! Gave me a giggle too!

That is the perfect expression of grouchiness! Your daughter is so funny! I love the lines underneath which make her just look as if she is exploding with rage. Glad she cheered you up!

I love how she's hoping mad and not biting that tongue! Hopefully her day turned around after creating her masterpiece.

Oh how I LOVE this drawing. Quite a talent your daughter already has....a chip off the old block ;)))

I felt EXACTLY that way when I woke up yesterday to a snow storm and somebody parked in my space in front of our house. I was really proud of myself that I turned it around and ended up having a wonderful lazy afternoon with my husband.
