whoa, is it tuesday already? this week, mine was a quick memory exercise - a list of familiar streets in chicago. i'm sure there are many more, but these were the ones that first came to mind, so probably the ones on which i most traveled, cursed, and honked while stuck in traffic. in chicago it is a birthright, if not an obligation, to lay on the horn at least every thirty seconds, especially when you're in the city proper. otherwise, peeps know for sure you're a foreigner.
if you composed your own handwritten list today, drop thy link in the comments so i'll have something to console me when i come home from the dentist this afternoon with a numb head!

oh sh**, I forgot about list it Tuesday yet again. Next week. Next week...
I have never been to Chicago. Had the pleasure of experiencing the traffic there when I drove through it once, though. I didn't use my horn much.
Great list (especially the little asides and the deliberate mis-spellings!
Here is mine - today's is a list of my fantasy dinner guest list!

I sorta snagged this idea from another forum, but here are the things that make work enjoyable or that are quite the necessity.

I posted my list of things I needed to do today. Maybe not as interesting, but very necessary. The most interesting part might be what I wrote my list on. You will have to go to my blog to find out!
You're blowing my mind again, Aimee. I was born in Minnneeeesoooota and also lived in Chicago (Belmont, Altgeld, Lake Shore Drive, Waveland..).
Loving the lists!
I did it!
Glad you did your list before you got a numb head and hope it's not too numb. Yours made me laugh.
I have cursed on those streets too! I have even gesticulated inappropriately on occasion.
I am playing again:

I'm loving this list challenge! There are so many fun possibilities. This week my list is about nicknames for a certain part of the body.

Loved reading everyones lists! Perhaps I will have mine done (and posted) for next week!
you are wonderful aimee! I love this idea - and you are the most hilarious person I have ever met in "blogland" why do I live in boring Munich?!
I am going to try so hard to do this today! My 5 year old is still home from school with the Alien Virus Flu (going on day seven!) so doing anything that involves anything remotely interesting to her (including paints and pens) turns into a big craft project :) Maybe we'll try to make a list together!
Ha! What a great list. I would like to make a list of people whom I would like to curse at. But of good manners prevent me from doing so ...
Love your list Aimee! Sheesh - you have a good memory! Here's my list for the week:

Your blog and your work is truly inspiring!
There's actually a street called Lower Wacker?
Dang. The girls had no school on Monday, so I completely forgot this was Tuesday. Still feels like Monday to me.
I participated today, though it really looks like poo from my cell phone camera-I'll fix it tomorrow with my real girl camera. I LOVE everyone's lists!!!

I was looking forward to this and didn't get a chance to post my list til this morning. Love the adorable new blog button for LIT, and your list this week. YES, yes and YES!!! I looked at your list and just kept nodding in agreement. I'll be facing down some of these streets next week as the husband and I try to make it the House of Blues during rush hour traffic.
Anyways, here is my LIT contribution this week!

My day starts with coffee and a list! I love your concept and your lettering.
Awesome list.
Have been to Chicago once (or twice?), but thankfully never drove a vehicle there.
if I ever go to chicago I will try to avoid armpitage. I'm in for next week. it's on the list.
Ok, I just realized that my list last week was a major fail because it's supposed to be hand written. I'll do better this week (or next week). Just got a new sketch book and this will be a great way for me to break it in!
This cracks me up. I'm from Chicago (I just moved away), Lake Shore has always scared me. Love the list idea, very cool. I just found your blog, so I have no list, buts yours is funny.
Your so funny! Love how you come up with some of your ideas!
