something calling

something-fabulous-peeking

my gig as a sunshine blower is coming to an end for now, but i'll do one more for happy's sake! this one is a re-do(odle) of a past drawing that was in need of some zip and salsa. let's hope that 'something fabulous calling' winds up being my car keys and my girl's glasses, both of which vanished 15 minutes before the school bell rang this morning. there is an invisible troll living in our house that wanders around purloining stuff when i'm not looking, i'm convinced of it! this one is now in the shop as a print and a magnet. thanks everyone mucho for a great few days over on etsy! the doodledeal goes through the end of the day today or whenever i can be bothered to edit my shop header. anyone want a thieving house troll? if i find him, i'm going to list him on etsy too!

What a fun print! Good luck finding that troll. I think he visits my house too. :D So glad I stumbled across your shop & blog via my "great Oops!" search. LOL

I think that's against etsy's terms of service. ;)

Our tv remote was missing for 3 whole days last week. That sneaky troll was just missing with our heads. He put it back where at least 3 of us had already looked numerous times!

Hope your things have shown up! Happy Monday!!

Love the print! I think the trolls must be reproducing like bunnies because every single thing I put on my desk disappears. Every single thing. Currently hunting a small piece for one of my Artfest workshop proposals, my favorite pen, a tube of paint that I used just three days ago, and the spool of wire that I just had this morning. Grrrrrrr.

oh thanks but I already have one of these living with me... if you figure out how to RID yourself of him, please let me know, he's been following us from house to house for about 15 years... he even hid our cat last night... luckily she is self-ambulating and comes when kissy noises are made or I'm sure she'd be living with the big pile of things that we never ever have found again...

That troll is exactly why all of us in our house have two pairs of glasses! Actually,, for my husband, two isn't enough.... Good luck with the search.

I'm getting ready to take the dog for his walk. While I'm outside, I'm going to look for that something fabulous!

Or could it be down in the basement, next to the washing machine?

Watch out for those nasty little trolls. Hmmmmm. I'm wondering if a troll took my something fabulous and hid it.

Love your happy artwork!

Oh no--I don't want the troll. I've spent too much of my life already looking for missing car keys and the boys' shoes.

This one is indeed sunny!

Oh, I love this little piece of sunshine! A true day brightener!

Weird - that troll lives at our house, too. Can never find a damn thing around here. Of course, it might help if I'd actually organize this little life of mine.

I love your pictures. It almost looks like Pan Pastels. Is that what you use for these or do you use some kind of paint or marker? They are so bright and cheerful and the variance in the colors lends a lot of life to your pieces.

It must be the same thieving house troll that sneaks in to my dryer and steals one sock from every pair. He must be one legged....we'll know him by his limp :)) Happy belated Mother's Day!

I could buy that troll and place him in the house of people who have it too clean at home... They make me very suspicious.

In my home we have already 2 trolls in residence and we are not invisible: me and my son!

Ooooh yes! This one has lovely ZING! I think you should make giant fortune cookies and put lovely things like this in it. That would certainly make my day. Not to mention eating that giant cookie.
