well, it's far past wednesday morning, but i'll slide in here before the day closes and hopefully that will do. if that wasn't some of the funniest and most supportive commentary ever! you came through huge, every one of you, to help get that feisty morning back on track. such restorative power there is in community! from now on, whenever i can't get my disheveled self together in the morning i'm coming back to this post for reinforcement.
so, without further fuss: the artsyville accountant, who i assure you is truly random, chose ecobatt, alex, cactus petunia, curls o fred, and lisa gallup. please send me your addresses at artsyville(at)gmail(dot)com and i'll send your bookmarks on their way. wish i had enough bookmarks for everyone.
and a big hug to renee's family and friends.

I just discovered your unbelievable art work! How wonderful it is.
Hi Aimee - there's another blogging artist I think you might enjoy. I love the whimsical way you both seem to approach your art and your lives:

LOVE your artwork!
love your artwork! Yes it truly does take an 'artsyvillage'...I have those mornings frequently sometimes, and then if I'm not careful they turn into a entire day! Sharpen your pencils and turn the page, it always helps me!
glad you are feeling better!... i´ve had those days when you finally look up and it´s only 9 in the morning! ... happy weekend!
The title of your post alone made my day :) But your doodle extraordinaire is awesome! Most importantly, we came to help because *you* are awesome :)
xoxo
Thanks Aimee! Hugs to you too:)
Oh-and I missed the morning post too-mornings are a double edged sword I find-I like them for their newness and promise but I am so slow in the morning. God knows what I would do if I had kids! How you mothers do it I don't know! I always find coffee helps-oh-and not having to go to work!
How did you know the words that were in my soul? You were listening, weren't you. Thank you for indulging my despair and clucking with compassion and feeding me sunshine, dearest aimee.
Your little Nina is quite the budding philosopher! I'd love a Redo button. Do they sell them at Staples?
you can't help but draw loveliness your way, because lovely is you!
thank you lovelies! you are lifesavers! :)
was so much fun to read everybodies comments! i really enjoyed that post, because we all know how it feels but you put it so well into words, all while laughing with us about it! thank you for your wonderful sense of humour and for sharing the downs of your life with such zest! congratulations to the winners ( i am happy for them, but honestly wish i it would have been me! ;):))
