monday love

11-8-love

good morning! it was a rare weekend in the 70s here so we spent as much of it outdoors as we could. i dragged the girls on a walk around KU and we found this delight peeking out of a seedy and weedy yard just north of the university. a shed? garage? tornado shelter? something else? who knows? love to you all and have a great week!

right, take it from an inhabitant of amsterdam (city of sin and debauchery according to some), that's just a version of the red light district but credit-crunch-mode, mate! ;)

a hidden bordello maybe? or a fresh, naive, uncommonly optimistic message to be taken directly at face value? only you, the viewer, can decide...

Bien vu !

righty-oh, you know I was taking the piss but still, as bordellos go (not that I would know anything about that), this door would pretty much give it away. a not so very clandestine bordello... or, indeed, a lovely uncommonly optimistic message.

all right. just 'cos it's you, this time I'll go for fresh and naive. oh, happy days! :)

Okay, reading too fast and thought you time traveled back to the 70's. In that case all Peace and Love stuff would be everywhere and you would need no explaination. I am going for the naive view that it is a secret message of affection for a special friend. Although I would NOT open that red door.

So many other words could have been written there instead. So glad it was "love". Thanks for sharing that.

looks like that paintwork could do with more than a little love - well spotted and I hope the message is just a reminder to us all.
