corner view: back door, front window

for corner view this week, i went with my journal and markers instead of taking real photos... trust me, you don't want to see the bird crap on my garage! even four hours of heavy thunderstorms today couldn't power blast it off.

see jane in spain for more corner views from windows and back doors. the theme for next week is street fashion - now that should be interesting!

You read my mind! Scary, but I absolutely love both the back door view and the front window view. Those would make great "thinking of you cards." Blank inside for a note. :) M

These are so much fun! And I love your "color" post too! And the cooking print is great! My sentiments exactly. Unless I'm making something like chocolate cake.

And Aimee, I want to feature your interview... I know it's not as much fun as making art, but it would make me so happy :)

So, so good. Brilliant even.

So funny because this is how I see my house. A few good things surrounded by a lot of mess. I find the lens of camera can frame the good things quite well...and leave out the bad. But, then...there's reality, where the bad bird poop is still present.

You provide such a great perspective on life.

this is a really awesome list... one we can all relate to no matter where we live... who doesn't have to deal with bird crap wherever they are, after all?

you all are great - thanks for indulging my corner views... and to add to my back yard woes, just a few moments ago when i was visiting another corner viewer, i heard a huge gush of water from the outdoor faucet... ran outside to find that my six year old had strung the garden hose across our yard, fed it into a hole in the college guys' fence, and was spraying water into their yard. payback for all of those parties that kept us wide eyed well into the night? i asked her... the answer was no... she just thought their grass needed watering.

Ohoh...I might have waken up the hubby with my laughter! And insomnia has never been more welcome...otherwise I would have missed this terrific post. :)
