this doodle has been waiting inside me for a while and it just took the right word from cecilia to pull it out. i can't think of any major storms that have taken me in recent times, but i think this concept also explains some of those smaller storms that have taken me by surprise - like dumping coffee on a drawing just when i have it the way i want it. after i've recovered from the shock, then i look for ways to rescue it or start over. maybe it leads to a better drawing in the end, or a new one entirely.
other participants this week were: esti, fruenswerk, alexandra, tiny red, and lea. i'll be picking the next weekword so check back on monday if you want to play along with us :)

You have no idea how much this speaks to how my life has been since 2009 started.

You are good with your drawn words Miss Aimee...Always
But not that good keeping coffee inside cup...But, yes sometimes we have to see things (bad things) through positive eyes...If we don´t wanna end in a storm, so I do hope something good came out of coffee, on your finished drawing in the end? hug
thanks, girls - l'atelier and shell, i'm glad you found this meaningful :)
