lots of little delights over the last few days! saturday evening i went to a fabulous birthday party for a dear friend (this year i had the honor of handlettering her place cards and menu), yesterday the girls and i met friends at union station in kansas city, and this morning i rose very early, cut paper, had coffee and watched the sun rise. a great week to you all :)

I just LOVE these photos! Those are incredible handlettered goodies. Lux! Mmmm, truffled french fries? earl grey sorbet?!! My mouth is watering. Your hand lettered stuff is always so awesome. The next time I get married, I know who I'm turning to. ;)
And Amtrack! I really do love the train. The idea of them is so romantic, and your station does not disappoint. Gorgeous ceiling. I rode Amtrack once from LA to Vancouver. Did I mention that before?
And your colored cutouts look absolutely divine! Seeing all those bright colors and squiggles makes me giddy and lightheaded. Can't wait to see what you pieced together.
