It's so true! Well done. :)

I second that. If art is a part of you, then making time for it means making time for YOU, and that is so easy to forget amongst all the chores and parenting and stress. This is one of those pieces that should be hung in every art studio in the world!

yes, so true! how does it happen that most people are crafty as kids and then abandon it once they begin their professional careers? often, they revisit their crafts once they retire. the obvious answer is time, but it's unfortunate because being creative helps you use both sides of the brain.

This is SO very true!! Did you hand draw this or is it done on the computer? Either way it is very eyecatching and would make a good banner to put on blogs!!

It’s not always easy, but it’s always rewarding.
Wise words well illustrated.

I should put this up on my wall as well! It's so important for me to draw at least a bit each day, even if I don't feel like it, it's like exercise, I'll always feel better afterwards! Lovely image!

oh this is so true!!
I agree with all it's been said here...
I spend my day thinking of the precious minutes I'd be making my stuff... and the expectation is just a little part of it
