day of the dropped

while i was getting reacquainted with gravity and its consequences, somehow i overlooked the stock market, which seems even more obsessed than i do with looking down. my favorite item here is the unfortunate cupcake mishap that befell a dear old friend when she forgot to lock a cupcake carrier (one that was designed to prevent cupcake explosions) and they all landed on the garage floor (icing down, of course).

today is a chilly but gorgeous one. i have to leave for kansas city in 20 minutes. guess i should get out of my pajamas and get moving :)

oh no, not icing down - ugh! although this piece is all about 'the drop' it's still uplifting and happy. to include the stock market would have been more like dropping off of a cliff :(.

since you been bloggin about looking up- i am very consious about where i look when i walk... well and i look around all the time. i often look up- to see buildings, but some days i look down- because i am deeply thinking, i always see details around me, diffrent views, i should have a camera strap to my forehead, because i always think i whish i had the camera here now... anyhow i always think of you where ever i walk now ;)

it's chilly here, too! so sad about the cupcakes-- but a funny image nonetheless. :) have fun in the big city!

Yes, you know what they say: a cupcake is a terrible thing to waste.

Girlfriend, I've got lessons in gravity going on all over my anatomy. But never mind. I'm enjoying this ride you're taking me on...first down, then up, then back down, oop, watch for that bounce!

ohhh, i've also noticed the new header. been meaning to mention it for a few days but my surreal little head is just not reliable at the moment****

Perhaps sometimes it is good to have these mistakes. It's how we got pineapple upside down cake! (Okay, I don't know the history of baking, let alone know how to bake - this probably isn't how we got it, I'm aware. LoL.)

Kansas City would like you even in pajamas! I love pajamas. Oh yes, I do. :D
