a quick survey of the environment at dean & deluca this morning... hope you're all having a great wednesday; i mean thursday, [it is thursday, right?] :)
i like the one of the mother struggling w/ a carseat; i saw a mother working to get a child in a stroller the other day and i just was flooded w/ thoughts. how did you remember all those details? and tomorrow is friday :) last friday i bumped into you downtown, right? that was fun :)
overland park to be precise... i sat down in front of D&D, did a 360 and took a few minutes to write down everything i saw [i filled in the lettering later]. it was fun to pay attention to those little details that i would have normally missed. i liked watching the guy with determination too! :)
Oh, Aimee, I would gladly trade my mediocre drawing capabilities for your ability to turn thoughts and observations into art! Even your handwriting is art. You have such an enviable connection to your environment, and a great philosophy on living. Is that what was brewing in that brain of yours? :)
honestly, i had nothing on the brain this morning and that's the only reason this materialized... but wow, it was fun - exercises like this really do connect with the moment!

what fun.mine right now would be:
computer screen, computer screen, computer screen. think it's time i stopped now.
D&D. Oh my. All I can see when I think of D$D is money flying out of my wallet. I'd have missed all the details in my dash to the door.
