is this image in watercolor? how do you do these, i'd love to know.
really cool! i love the blue :)is it watercolor then?
i use either a watercolor wash or a combination of pigment and dye inks for the backgrounds, then i do the lettering with a technical pen. this one was done with the inks, which gave it that intense blue. fun, playful & easy!
